HDPE PIPE

Surface Flow Control is a supplier of Dual and Single wall HDPE pipe. High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipe is a corrugated plastic pipe that is very durable and has numerous benefits including the ability to be installed on top of buried in the ground.
Single wall pipe offers a unique corrugation profile that offers longitudinal flexibility and interior roughness, making it ideal for “snaking” around obstructions or conforming to steepened slopes.
Dual wall corrugated pipes have a smooth inner wall for hydraulic efficiency and a tough corrugated outer wall for strength.

HDPE COUPLERS

Surface Flow Control supplies the following coupling systems for our Boss and Hancor HDPE pipe.

Snap couplers:  Grooves run perpendicular and pipe ends (male) are inserted into coupler (female) and the coupler grooves “snap” when connected.

Split couplers: Diameter range 200mm to 900mm. The Coupler comes in 2 or 3 pieces which wraps around the pipe ends and is attached with ties.

Bell to Bell Couplers: The gasket with rubber ring (male end) is inserted into the bell (female). Rubber ring designed to seal connection. This is soil tight, not water tight.

End Caps: Grooves run perpendicular with outside corrugation of pipe. The end caps “snap on” to the end of the exposed pipe.”

 

 

FILTER SOCK

Surface Flow Control is a supplier of filter sock.
Filter sock is typically used for perforated HDPE pipe to stop sediment that can block the perforated holes of the pipe, thus restricting water access.

We Supply:

100mm – 900mm sock. Sock is sold by the roll

 

FITTINGS

Surface Flow Control supplies Tees, Wyes and Elbow Fittings for HDPE pipe. Fittings are bell end.

We regularly supply:

100mm – 600mm (4’- 24’) 45 Degree Elbows
100mm – 600mm (4’- 24’) 90 Degree Elbows

WEEPING TILE

Surface Flow Control supplies Weeping tile.

Weeping tile is porous pipe used for underground drainage.

The pipe is Hancor plastic with small slits cut lengthwise to allow for water seepage into the pipe.

Typical applications include field drainage and lining of new housing developments. 

We supply 4 and 6 inch diameter weeping tile.
Available in 100 or 250 ft rolls
